To activate Crisis Limitation Mode and mobilise the Resistance, the site clearly says for that to happen the dealine must not be met or there must be failure to recognize on the USA's part. I bet we get more than just this song if we do what Matt really wants us to do- see through the lies, make a educated guess on what's really going on, and mobilize.
